Race packets will be available at check-in for those staying at the Red Roof Inn. Other race packets will be available at that location (ask for the Race Director's room) later on Saturday evening.
Race-day packet pickup begins at 6:30am at the covered pavilion on the Creeper Trail approximately a quarter-mile from the Abingdon terminus as Green Springs Road.
Parking is available at start/finish at the Abingdon Trailhead at 300 Green Springs Road, Abingdon.
Those desiring an early start should contact the race director prior to race day (note that early starters are ineligible for awards).
There is no "official" awards ceremony. Awards will be presented to overall and age group winners as they are determined.

These lodging facilities have kindly offered VCM participants late race-day checkout (4pm) and reduced room rates. Note: to receive these rates, you must contact the facilities directly (i.e., do not use online registration) and identify yourself as a marathon participant.
